Forrest & Friends

I started my journey in pet care while in college, hiking dogs full-time in the mountains of Colorado. Those early mornings, long trails, and muddy paws showed me how much joy I found in being outdoors and working hands-on with animals. I also worked on a rescue ranch in Arizona, where I learned all about caring for farm animals, and I fostered dogs, gaining experience helping pets transition into loving homes and thrive in new environments.

After graduating, I followed a more traditional professional path. While I gained valuable experience, I realized it wasn’t where I felt most fulfilled. I missed the connection, the movement, and the purpose that came from caring for animals and being outside every day.

That realization led me back to what I truly love. Forrest & Friends Pet Care is the result of choosing work that feels meaningful, active, and aligned with who I am. I’m proud to offer dependable, compassionate care built on real experience, trust, and a genuine love for animals.
